A downloadable tool for wedding florists. Build quotes, see planned profit and prepare flower orders in your desktop browser.
From your costs to a clear quote
- Add your flowers and arrangements. Enter supplier prices, stems per bunch and the flowers needed for each bouquet or arrangement.
- Include the rest of the job. Add your labor, vases, supplies, delivery and business expenses.
- Choose your price. Set a profit margin for a suggested quote, or enter your own price. See what remains after the costs you entered.
- Prepare and review. Print a client quote, export a flower order, save quote versions and compare actual costs after the wedding.
Free sample or full tool?
The free sample lets you change table quantities, the flowers in each table arrangement and the rose price in one fictional wedding. It shows the updated quote, planned profit and flower order. Reloading resets it; it cannot save or export your work.
The full tool lets you create your own weddings, add and remove flowers and arrangements, and edit all supplier prices and costs. It also includes saved quotes, printing, order exports, backup files and actual-cost tracking. Your events save in your browser.
Price and availability
The planned launch price is US$79, paid once. There is no recurring subscription. Any applicable sales tax will appear at checkout.
Purchases are currently unavailable. We are preparing the tool for launch. No payments, pre-orders or paid reservations are being taken.
How the download works
When sales open, Payhip will provide a download link after purchase and in your receipt. The ZIP contains the tool, a fictional sample wedding, a quick-start guide and license text. No physical goods are shipped.
- Unzip the download into a folder you will keep.
- Open Stem-and-Sum.html in a desktop browser that allows local HTML files, JavaScript and browser storage.
- Explore the sample, then select New event to add your own work.
No spreadsheet subscription or account for the tool is needed. It runs locally and does not sync with other devices or team members.
Keeping your work
Edits save in your current browser when you leave a field. Use Export backup after each work session to download a separate copy of all your events. Use Import backup to restore that copy or move it to another device.
Clearing browser data, using private browsing, changing browsers or moving the tool’s file can make saved work unavailable. Keep your backup outside the browser.
What the figures mean
Planned profit = your quote minus the costs you enter. Include your own labor and a share of business expenses for a useful estimate. The result is before tax and does not guarantee the final profit of a job or business.
The flower list rounds up to full bunches and includes your chosen extra stems. The tool prepares the list; you place the order with your supplier. It does not track live stock, collect client payments or calculate sales tax. Changing currency changes the labels, not the amounts.
