Privacy and your data
The website demonstration uses a fictional wedding and temporary edits to table quantities, their flower recipe and the rose price. It resets when you reload and has no fields for client records. The downloadable quoting tool stores your events, recipes, quote versions and actual costs in your browser’s local storage. Its application code does not send those records to a server.
Backups and exports
Backup files (.json) contain all your events and costs. Flower-order files (.csv) contain supplier names, flower quantities and prices. Keep exported files private and share them only with intended recipients. Importing a backup reads it locally and adds event copies.
Browser storage
Data does not automatically sync between devices, browsers or separate downloaded copies. Export a backup to move your work. Clearing browser data, using private browsing or moving the downloaded HTML file can make local data unavailable. Keep a backup outside the browser.
Website connections
Viewing this website involves connections to its hosting provider, which may process normal connection information such as an IP address. No advertising trackers or marketing analytics are configured on this website. The downloadable tool works locally without network requests.
Payments and support
Checkout is not enabled on this website. No payment information is collected by the tool. You can contact Stem & Sum through our Payhip contact form. Information you enter there, including your name, email address and message, is processed through Payhip to deliver your enquiry to the store owner. Do not include payment credentials or confidential client data. Payhip describes its handling of information in its privacy policy.

The example wedding, names, suppliers and prices are fictional. They are not customer records, testimonials or industry pricing guidance.
